Spring |
When spring arrives, the cherry and chestnut trees burst into bloom and the city begins to change before our eyes. It awakens from its winter sleep and dresses itself in shades of pink and white. Delicate blossoms fill the streets with their fragrance, bringing life back to the city and warmth to our spirits after the long winter months.
Japan has its Sakura, and we have our chestnuts the trees that have become a symbol of Sofia.

Summer | Лято
Sofia has its own rhythm in summer. The city grows quieter, the streets begin to empty, and the heat of the pavement gives way to the coolness of parks and the shade of old trees. Vitosha watches over the city, sometimes hidden behind clouds, sometimes bathed in the soft light of the afternoon.
Cafés spill out onto the streets, evenings linger a little longer, and sunsets arrive slowly, painting the façades in warm shades. Between busy boulevards and quiet gardens, Sofia seems to forget for a while that it is a capital city and simply gives itself to summer..

Autumn | Есен
In autumn, Sofia changes its colours, but not its character. The trees along the streets and in the parks turn golden, the air grows cooler, and the city slowly returns to the familiar rhythm that summer had softened.
There is something especially beautiful about Sofia in autumn, the rain-soaked streets, leaves scattered across the pavements, warm light glowing from the windows, and Vitosha gradually emerging from the clouds. The city becomes quieter, softer, somehow more intimate. As if autumn reminds it that even in a busy city, there is still time for a walk, a coffee, and a little melancholy..

Winter | Зима
Winter can be beautiful. Especially when that kind of silence sets in- the one that only winter seems to know, most of all when it snows. It feels like the whole world has softened, gone still and quietly tucked itself under a white blanket. That silence is only gently interrupted by the glow of lights and decorations, shining even brighter as they reflect off the snow, turning everything into something almost unreal.
